The Original Ranchers:

This is Martin Jensen who immigrated to the west in 1892 from a farm named Mosevang near Bramminge, Denmark. He was the son of Hans and Meta (Neilsen) Jensen. He met Hannah, a widow (his wife pictured with him) in Dannebrog,(http://www.dannebrog.org/) which was a Danish settlement in Nebraska. Martin adopted Hannah's two young sons, Clarence and Ted b. 1897. Martin and his growing family homesteaded the Jensen Ranch in 1905.

What a job!

I might describe my job in a little more detail here. I'll write about what I do, what I like best about it, and even some of the frustrations. (A job with frustrations? Hard to believe, huh?)
